While we make every effort to ensure the ratio mix of finding an insert card is the same as those stated, it is impossible to guarantee insert cards to the box level. Odds of insertion are reflective of the entire production run and do not guarantee number of insert cards per pack, box or case.

Damaged sequentially numbered cards are replaced if an identical replacement card is available. The serial number is re-stamped on the identical replacement card and the damaged card is destroyed to ensure that there is the stated number of cards on the market.
In most cases, turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. For sequentially numbered cards, please allow 5 to 6 weeks for the renumbering process. If the specified card is not available to replace we will send a comparable card of equal value in its place.
We will make every endeavour to honour redemption cards from previous years as long as we have it in inventory. Please telephone or email to enquire.

We do not sell individual cards to collectors. You may obtain individual cards through various dealers and websites.

We understand that occasionally you may have to return a product to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a simple return and exchange policy. If the product you receive is damaged, return it to us within 7 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for a new product. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Product where boxes or packets have been opened, damaged or searched will no longer be in original condition and we cannot accept or process your return.

Every item that we sell meets our strict quality and performance standards. Due to the special materials in our products many of the items require special care. It's our experience that any defects in Select products will be immediately evident. For this reason we require that you return any defective item within 7 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.
